Allen Health Care Services is a home health care agency that is licensed to provide paraprofessional services in the state of New York and is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.

Our agency provides home health care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Jamaica Office hours:
Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Holidays: 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Weekends, holidays and after hours are supported by an on call system for each office location with medical supervision by a registered nurse.

Allen Health Care Services provides home health aide, personal care aide, live-in staff and a variety of other services which are all available in the home. The level of care provided is based upon the individual needs of the patient. Depending upon individual needs, a home health aide or personal care aide can enable a patient to maintain their independence by assisting with:
