Why Choose "The Accredited Advantage"?

We are licensed by the State of NJ as a Health Care Service Firm. Many agencies are not. Being licensed requires us to follow strict state guidelines.

We are accredited by The Commission on Accreditation for Home Care (CAHC). Many agencies are not. CAHC has standards to ensure patients receive services meeting established guidelines, and performs annual audits.

We are an approved NJ training facility. Many agencies are not. We train our own Certified Homemaker-Home Health Aides and Companions ensuring they are qualified to provide quality service.

We screen our Healthcare Team to ensure we only hire fully trained, competent and trustworthy employees. Many agencies do not. Our employees must pass rigorous competency examinations and health screenings, as well as drug screening, criminal background checks, social security verification, sex offender search, Medicare exclusion check.

We provide medical and non-medical homecare. Many agencies can only provide non-medical and are unable to service a client once they require hands on care. We can and most often it can be done by the same caregiver.

Our caregivers are supervised by registered nurses. Many agencies caregivers are not.

Our staff of home care professionals is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Weekends, holidays and after hours are supported by an on call system for each office with medical supervision by a registered nurse.
