Accredited Health Services announces a new and innovative program designed specifically for the care of the Brain Injured Patient. This program was developed to assist the brain injured patient to return to the home and community and to function at the highest possible level for those patients who have suffered a Stroke, Aneurysm and those who have been injured in an automobile accident. Care provided may include personal care, guidance, and assistance with activities of daily living.

The program will:

· Assist in fulfilling the desire of the patient that was injured in an accident, fall or even the veteran returning home with post traumatic head injury to return to the community.

· Provide Professionals as well as Home Health Aides/Homemakers to assist in the rehabilitation process.

· Provide care management and coordinate services for optimal care.

· Ensure individualized care planning to meet patient specific needs. These services may be provided on hourly, daily or live-in basis.

Our caregivers receive special training in the clinical, behavioral, and social and rehabilitation needs of the Brain Injured Patient. They are extremely competent in planning for the challenges faced by the Brain Injured Patient as well as their families and significant others.
